I have done business with J Zappa Realty for many years and cannot stress enough how easy to deal with they are. Very honest and incredibly easy to contact to resolve any issues.

The duplex we rented for 2 years was way out of code. Furnace was 40 years out of date. The ac went out 3 times during last summer and every time took her 2 weeks to schedule the ac repair people to come out and fix the issues which just masked the true issue instead of fixing. Then as we were trying to move she made us stay another month even though we gave he a 2 week notice that we will no longer be staying there for march... she is very rude and when i stated that we wouldnt pay rent for the month that the ac was out at 96°f in our place she stopped speaking to me and only spoke with my husband. She is very unprofessional and only communicated through text...I have pictures and videos of the house and everything is documented so if she tries to sue good luck winning.
