Avoid renting from here, go to any of the other local realty companies that are more professional. My husband and I both filled app for apt, when we filled out paperwork we put things we noticed were wrong to begin with, even pointed to some contraption coming out of wall and lady told us she didn’t know what it was, then when we left apt they refused to give us our deposit bc they were missing “smoke detector covers” and yes we scratched some doors getting furniture in and out so I understand that but keeping $600 and STILL BILLING us because $600 didn’t cover cost for a new door and plastic smoke covers. Oh and they billed us TWICE for the same amount since we had TWO applications. I honest to God Hope I never have to use them again and will live with my parents before I rent from them ever again.

I've rented, from Garden Lakes Realty, for the better part of 20 years. They are both friendly and helpful. I highly recommend.

They only list a few options for rentals, but at least 2 of them were pet friendly.
