Jackie Smallwood is professional, conscientious, and smart. She works hard for her clients. She responds to texts and calls promptly, and she has an upbeat, can-do attitude that makes her a pleasure to work with during the process of selling a house.

It sounds like Reese and Smallwood has some great real estate agents I only wish my family and I had of worked with one of the good ones. Mark Spota was not very professional he was rude and uncooperative he had the type of attitude that tells you he does not care about you as a person he only wants to make sure you pay the rent. I never missed a rent payment and when I moved into his property it was filthy we had to clean it up, he has this long list of cleaning and maintenance that he wanted done and did not want to give the security deposit back and nothing was torn or broken. To all those who are thinking about dealing with him scratch that. He may be nice and pleasant to some but he was not to my family. A suit and a nice smile does not make you professional some people only hide there dirtiness, wickedness, and cruelness behind it.
