Mrs. Candace, is the best! She has worked with me since she has been here. I have been here for 5 years and have gone threw a lot with the previous management. I often stay to myself and Mrs. Candace has brought me out of my shell. She has really proven to be a great source of help when needed, I would recommend this place and when ever you need help make sure you go and talk to management they are truly willing to help has much as they can. Ms. Brittany is new but she is sweet as pie!! She is very considerate and it shows in her workmanship

I cannot say enough good things about Redmond chase and also their superstars- miss Candace and Brittney. Whenever I have any questions or maintenance requests, they’re handled promptly. As soon as I stepped in to the office to put in my application, I was made to feel like I was at home. I had a million and one questions and they were all truthfully answered. Since moving in, i still feel very much at home. Thanks for everything especially when I can be a pain!

We have been living here for almost 3 years and I can honestly say they are amazing people to rent from. Ms. Candice is the manager and she is amazingly understanding and so sweet she will do everything she can to make your stay here so much better, and the assistant manager brittany is just as amazing, they both help out so much. Definitely a wonderful place to live.

Both Miss Brittney and Miss Candace were beyond helpful in the application process, informing me on any questions I had, as well as the move in process. The apartment was renovated before my move in, so needless to say the apartment was in the best shape possible due to the excellent management. The apartment has plenty of room as well as being well put together. There have been no issues with my apartment and it is all due to Miss Brittney and Miss Candace and the superior management and service they provide!

I have lived at Redmond Chase for over a year now. The complex is safe, clean, and a fantastic place to live. The office staff is absolutely wonderful! Candace and Brittany have both been extremely helpful and understanding, and are always willing and ready to help the tenants. I've had only a few small basic maintenance problems and they were fixed same day/next day. Everyone I know that lives here loves it. I genuinely don't have a single negative thing to say about this complex or the staff that runs it. Hands down the best place I've ever lived.
