Not a trustworthy Broker for a small budget Buyer. She sold me a house that her daughter had listed as a ‘well maintained’ brick home that was actually a window dressed dilapidating money pit. I spend the majority of an inheritance I received on this house that she told me the HVAC was fairly new (it’s actually 27 years old) and she told me the new bathroom floor was done because of water leaks that had been fixed. The leaks had not been fixed, the heater went out and a fuse blew out the first week I lived in the house. Nothing in the house was ever well maintained in my opinion. The worst part was she changed the purchasing terms I had agreed in with my chosen agent from 10 days due diligence to 0 days without discussing it with me. My chosen agent went out of town and she volunteered herself to show me this house. No one would agree to buy a house built in the 60’s ‘as is’. Brokers and agents should not be allowed to do this to first time buyers who do not know the real estate process. It is like going to the dr, giving him all your money and then the dr telling you to diagnose and treat yourself because he is smarter than you! Same level of trust violated. I live on a fixed income and can not afford the repairs Trinie Davis tricked me into having to pay in this house. God sees all!

All I have to say is, if ya don't like Trinie you have to have a screw loose! She's got a wonderful personality and a great attitude, I'm sure she's wanted to strangle us at times but you'd never know it! That smile just lights up the room, she's great.Trinie goes above and beyond. She's the go to gal for real estate, big or small, she's got your back!

Trinie had the house ready to show before even going on Market. Had an amazing offer within hours!!! She did an amazing job doing all of the legwork with us living out of state.
