We used Quinton previously in looking for a home, but never found what we wanted (what we wanted, we realized during that process, was to build!). And, we did not think twice about turning to him when it came time to sell our home because of how professional, friendly, and helpful he was. Quinton is quick to respond to questions, very knowledgable about not only the process of selling a home, but the market, and most of all, trustworthy. He did an excellent job of setting us up for a successful sale. Because of Quinton's guidance, we were able to list the house at the right time and at the right price, netting us our accepted offer within 12 hours of listing.
