The property itself was nice. I loved it. However, my experience with the women at the office was aggravating. I don’t have names because they barely introduced themselves. They asked for a full month of checkstubs & I sent her my checkstubs for November. She texted me back at 10:13A.M & told me I did not qualify. I immediately responded at 10:14. I resent my checkstubs and asked her to recheck. I know I qualify and I was confused as to why she said I did not. I texted her numerous of times because I was honestly confused. I did not hear from this woman until almost closing time stating that she couldn’t accept my bonus check that I received for the month of November and she did not explain why.nnYou asked for a full month of checkstubs because you go off gross pay. So I am confused as to why my bonus check doesn’t count. It was a separate check and had a gross pay.

I've been renting through Seven Hills for nearly 4 years now and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the staff. Abbi is very quick to respond with any concerns or requests I've had, and I can't express how much of a relief that has been. Any technicians that have been sent to our home have been professional and handled the situation promptly. If you're looking for a rental company who ensures their customers are taken care of, this is the place to go.
