We worked with Jennifer Hilligas for a little over a year. We’d look for a while, then give up because we couldn’t find the perfect home for us. I couldn’t begin to say how many houses we looked at during that time. Whether we planned for one or three, or added three more last minute as we were going through the originally planned houses, or went back to see the same house several times, she was wonderful every step of the way. She was always quick to answer our questions and there for whatever we needed. Never pushy, rushed, or bothered by any crazy thing we threw at her. She took note of everything we wanted, and then she found the perfect house for us. We made multiple trips to look at various things and she was always ready and willing to be there with us. We closed on the house yesterday. She helped to ensure that everything went smoothly. We are very grateful for her knowledge, dedication, and professionalism. I can’t recommend her enough. If you’re in search of a realtor, Jennifer Hilligas is your girl.

I’m not easy to work with. I’m picky. I don’t like anything. And I’m reluctant to spend money. Yet, somehow, through all the trials and tribulations that come along with trying to find something to please me, Jennifer managed to stay poised and maintained a professional (and personal) approach for the duration. I would have fired me as a client a long time ago, but Jen hung in there and found the perfect house for us. She, and her company, are top tier. There’s ZERO chance I would choose another realty company over these ladies.
