I will never go back to this place again after finding multiple scratches all over my brand new mustang. It’s like they washed it with a metal brush. Can’t believe people with Audi R8s, Range Rovers, and other higher end cars trust this place.
I gave this place the benefit of the doubt even after reading the bad reviews. However, they are all correct. They did such a poor job on the inside. They didn't wipe down the cup holders in the center console, or any obvious dust on the display and dashboard, nor did they make any real effort to vacuum crumbs that are super visible on black interior. I basically had to detail the inside of my car myself when I got home. It wasn't even worth complaining about. I just took my loss and kept it moving. This is clearly the norm for them.
Unfriendly, Dirty and Overpriced. Don’t be fooled by the only reason this place is in business (the location). They invest as little as possible to keep this place in operation.
The workers are very nice. I just feel their outside of car cleaning is ok. I think everyone should try them for themselves.
I have a husky who sheds like nobody’s business. I got the mini detail here and I can’t believe how different my car looks! The interior is BLACK again! I’m really happy and will be coming here regularly.
