I was passing through and stuck at the airport and found this business. I messaged Ms Ethena and she responded quickly. I told her my situation and she had a spot open the same day and I booked it. I had never gotten tree braids before and after getting my hair done by her I will be getting them from now on. I currently live in Germany and come home at least twice a year. Who would of thought a local ad on Craigslist over 8 years ago would be my new Favorite braiding salon of choice!! Their customer service is phenomenal!! No matter what city I'm in whether Charlotte, Philadelphia, Fort Mill SC, or Raleigh I will drive to Atlanta to make my super early am or mid day appointment! Ethena and her team always makes you feel at home. Oh and you will definitely leave looking like a SUPERSTAR!! Love my tree braids styles!! It seems like after 6-7 weeks of having my style and when I'm ready for something new a stranger will always compliment my hair style as if it was just done! Makes me leave it in a week or two longer. Lol! I'm very picky about my hair styles so, trust me you will not be disappointed!

This is a very unprofessional company. I had an appointment which was verbally confirmed. I show up for my appointment and called because the business was locked.. they then tell me my appointment was for a different location. I'm not driving from Fayetteville to sandy springs when I talked to a live person 3 days prior to confirm and was given the address. The person I talked to had a bad attitude and hung up while claiming to refund my deposit. So I called back and again a bad attitude. I will be contacting the better business bureau. I do not recommend this business by any means. When you make a mistake, you humble yourself not get an attitude. There are plenty of braid shops that offer much better braid & customer service. Don't waste your time it's always our own people that can't get it together. *Update* I definitely contacted BBB & was issued a refund of my deposit.
