Hollie's Nails

This was my 1st time visiting Hollies! I live in the area, but I was going to another shop up the road! I decided to try here and I had a wonderful experience! I really enjoyed my hot stone pedicure, and they use quality products! I will be going back! Oh and Mary was wonderful!

They were wonderful! Everything was very clean and the tech was so nice. Great job all around! I look forward to going back.

My pedicure water is getting cold. Been sitting in this water for 30 minutes and no one has touched my feet or hands yet for my service. I guess they don’t like money. And the techs are not clean. This lady didn’t take off her gloves after doing someone’s pedicure.

To be fair I would give them3 stars, since this was my second visit and considering I did have a better experience the first time. If I were to be honest I would’ve only given them to 2 after yesterday visit. Not only are the prices Unfair but the extra service charge was unreasonable. It’s understood prices to be higher due to taxes and overhead but they have hiked them 50% higher than prices in Buford Acrylic nails, not 10% 20% but 50%!!!!nThen they charged $2 service charge for covid 19 upgrade and cleaning charges ud83dude02which by state in by law should’ve been implemented regardless. Any and all salon must be sanitized and tools, equipment, furniture and floor disinfected at all times is by Georgia law mandates to keep a business open and running. Measuring temperature and putting up shields were the two major expenses all salons may have experienced but that’s a great investment for the safety of their employee and clients. I was charged $2 extra which brings my total over 70% but my temperature wasn’t measured measured nor did my therapist wash her hands before touching mine.Her work was great but at did not like if I spoke to shorten them a little more or asked her to make it look even. I get that both hands aren’t built the same but I have been getting nails done over 25 years, I know when I see a great or mediocre service. Lastly, the one thing I complete was irritated about her responding in her language to any request or response I gave her to the other therapist without responding back to me. as if she was commenting on my request, I found that completely rude and unacceptable. I’m being generous for three because the previous time the lady was great and she was the manger.

I have been coming here for years mainly because they are nice and speak English. Very professional. Always satisfied with my nails.
