Highly recommend lash lifting from Bo!! Very clean and professionally done. I’m in LOVE with my lashes! I have gotten lash extensions before in the past but after getting an actual lash lift service I will never go back to extensions! My lashes look beautiful and so full. The fact that this procedure is chemical free and actually not harsh on my lashes with NO FALL OUT whatsoever is the reason why I would do it again! It’s been about 2 weeks since I’ve gotten them done and they still look curled and voluminous like I just got them done! I will definitely see Bo again to do my lashes!!!

Bo is a talented nail artist and does amazing nail art and I had been coming to her for awhile. We were doing shellac/gel nails for awhile but my nails were breaking so Bo, in her professional cosmetician experience, recommended dip and I decided to try it given her professional opinion. Unfortunately since we started doing dip the top layer would chip off within 2-5 days and I would have to come get it fixed. I am also a busy professional like everyone else and I cannot keep coming to get them fixed every week especially when I pay $60-100 every time to get them done. I voiced my concerns and she told me she does not specialize in dip, only in acrylic and monomer solution nail application and suggested I find a studio who specializes in dip. I would have appreciated knowing that she does not specialize in dip as I do not ever get acrylic nails given my profession. In addition, she suggested a lash perm for my lashes and I informed her I had a very bad allergic reaction previously to the lash glue. She ensured me no lash glue will be used in the process and I decided to try it as, again in her professional opinion, my lashes were a good fit for a lash perm. I was nervous but decided to proceed and the next day I woke up with eye swelling. I requested the ingredients of the items she used so I could understand what I’m allergic to and she noted she used some glue to shut my eyes for the procedure. This was highly unprofessional when I had clearly expressed I had an ALLERGIC reaction to glue previously and requested none be used during this procedure. She did not offer any concession or refund for any of these services. Bo is a great nail artist but I did not appreciate the fact that she recommended the dip without having experience herself and the lash perm experience.

Very professional! I am impressed with the healed result. I got brows and lips done by Nhu. Her studio is so clean. The process was pain free for me as she keep checking to see if I am comfortable. She walked me through steps and made sure I understand what were being done to me. She explained every possible outcome and risk. I can tell she is a true artist. It’s not just me happy with my new brows and lips but she was happy for making beautiful art piece on me too. Highly highly recommend her studio when it comes to permanent makeup.

When I say I love my browns - and Bo! I absolutely love them both… Don’t know which to choose over the other. Bo’s salon is so clean and comfortable. Bo was so professional. But most importantly which I didn’t think would make such a difference was she was so patient when it came to the shape size and design of my brows. She made me feel comfortable to keep an open dialogue and tell her exactly what I wanted. And I trusted and knew she would follow through. Her aftercare instructions were very thorough and she provided everything to ensure my brows healed properly.I have been recommending her left and right and will continue to do so.
