Car wash was fine but the property is trash, vacuums don't work well. Trash everywhere. Nothing to wipe or clean windows. Very disappointing!!!
Wow. Mediocre auto car wash and 3/4 of the vacuums don’t work. They used to be the best but stay away from the shorter ave location. It will just ruin your day.

The vacuums dont work well , the floor mat cleaners dont work at all
I have been to 3 of the 4 ocations several times with good and bad experiences. More bad than good. These damages happened at the north broad, west Rome across from Red Lobster, and the Armuchee locations. My vehicle has been damaged at least twice that I know of from this business. I filed an incident report with them and was told the GM would contact me. Of course, no response either time. When I filed the report with them, I was told both times that they have nothing in their car wash that moves the way that my car was damaged. Well, hate to tell you but my car wasn't damaged like that prior to entering this car wash. I DO not recommend this place. Don't go here if you want you vehicle damaged or experience unprofessional management/customer service.
