Goo Goo Express Car Wash in Rome, GA is an excellent choice for cleaning your car - outside and inside. The vehicle I operate daily is cleaned weekly at Goo Goo. I have always received courteous and prompt service, and I have never had to wait more than a few minutes, even if there is a line. Goo Goo also provides their services to our community: I have never had an excuse to drive a dirty patrol vehicle. Goo Goo opens their gates daily for our local government vehicles. Tax payers can be proud of the fact that Goo Goo serves to keep our government vehicles clean and professional looking as we drive to serve our community. Goo Goo is an excellent choice for keeping your vehicle clean.

Unbelievable customer service!!! I wish i knew the guys name but I couldn't get my card to work and he rushed right over to help me. We have been there 2 weeks in a row and he was such a great help on both occasions. Wish i could give more stars. Highly recommend ud83dude0d

To be honest, things have gone down hill here. I have used this wash for about three years and never had a problem. In fact, my fiancé and I both have memberships here and have loved its convenience. It is obvious they have had some staffing issues, but that is not the problem. The quality of the wash and vacuums has gone down hill. It is frustrating because the wash leaves soap residue on the car that leaves a film on the windows and the dryer does not dry the car off at all. Quite a few of the vacuums are also out of service. It’s quite frustrating. If another car was was available locally we would switch. I apprentice the business and understand it is hard times, but the management really needs to re calibrate the wash itself and the vacuums, rather than worrying about frivolous changes to signs etc.

I have using goo goo for a while, at first it was good but then the machines started getting out of adjustment the vertical spin brushes are quiet a bit off and usually doesn't touch the rear of the car thats why they started hand brushing the front and back of cars but that water has a lot of grit in it after a while not good for a paint job I told them several times they needed adjustments but I don't think anyone listened. I still go there but not as often. Just in case anyone was interested .n..

First time being here, $21 is too much to only have half your car washed and have tire shine dumped on your wheels...on one side! And by that I mean half the nozzles were working that spray soap and etc. and only the drive side wheels had tire shine...excessive amount at that! I had to wipe off the tires. I wont be coming back here
