The wait is very long. I waited a hour and was seated before 2 other girls that were not only there before me, but only needed their nails painted. I wanted the voech pedicure ($45) which included a 15 min massage, hot towels, and hot stone among a few other things. My tech only massaged for 5-8 minutes TOTAL. Just long enough to get the majority of the lotion rubbed in. Next, my hot stone massage, so disappointing. They were not hot; lukewarm at best and the massage once again last about 5 minutes for both legs. I never received my hot towels, or the paraffin mask. I believe my tech was either new or very inexperienced. My toe nails are uneven and my French color tips are also uneven and look sloppy. My nails however, are amazing. All of the staff is very sweet. I guess what kind of job you get really depends on the person you end up with. I definitely suggest making an appointment if you don’t want a long wait.

Went to get my eyelash extensions removed and was left with bald spots, what feels like chemical burns, and still eyelash extensions. The service was rough and unprofessional and I could barely see trying to walk out of there. I asked for a wet rag so I could wipe my eyes(because she never wiped them clean of the adhesive remover) and she would not give me one. She pulled my eyes so hard I was actually CUT on my lid. I wouldn’t suggest this place to my enemy. My bottom lashes are now longer than the top lashes I have left. I’m so embarrassed to be seen in public

Great place to go to! Amazing service and Whitney is a great nail Tech. I’m very picky about my nails and she did them exactly like I wanted. The others have done a great job with my pedicures as well.

My daughter had went there and the guy that done her nails had ripped her fingernail off and left raw exposed skin that was by a paint. On top of that,they had charged 25.00 2 days ago and today they took 30.00 out of my account! I recommend not using this business...Very bad service.

My friend and i Got our toes and nails done here april 6, 2021 the wait wasnt too bad we waited maybe 25 mins the pedicure was a lil pricy for the length of time they spent on our toes the nail process was very quick but really amazing work nails were kinda pricey but so worth the money for the quality of the nails we will deff be going here from now on!!!
