There seemed to be one nice lady in the store in the back right corner but everyone else was frustrated and rude. They don't have a working bathroom. I had signed in online but then had to use the bathroom at the store next door. When I walked out to use the restroom and my spot came open and they did not wait on me. They also had some drama going on amongst the employees and they were openly discussing it infront of the client. The atmosphere was so bad I just left and went to super cuts down the street.

Have had great results with the staff here. I generally go first thing in morning and have had no long wait time. Very efficient and have always been pleased with results.

I will say this: Kailey is the best!!! I’ve been in here approximately three or four times within a year and no one else has been able to give me what I wanted. She got halfway through and asked if I liked it. I did and then she asked if I wanted more layers which is exactly what I was thinking I wanted. I have in the past brought pictures in and the end result was no good. This time I brought in a picture and she delivered amazing results. I will only use her from now on and I strongly recommend you use her as well.

This place was AMAZING! The stylist was very patient and kind with my son, and I was extremely impressed with how good his hair looked when she was done! She cut it exactly the way I asked, and my son didn't get upset or scared all, because she was so good with him.nAdditionally, it was nice to see they were following pretty strict safety procedures with the covid issue- everyone- including children had to wear masks while in the salon, and they had a rotation on their chairs being used, to allow proper sanitation measures between clients, as well as maintaining safe distancing between guests and staff. They had hand sanitizer available for use, and no contact/touch payment options available as well.nWe were able to reserve an apt slot online, and the website let us know what our wait time was, so we could wait in the comfort of our vehicle until they were ready for us.
