Went to get my daughters nails painted with a manicure and shared that with Tracey. Another lady did her nails in the back of the store, and when it was time to pay she had a full set of acrylic nails. I asked the lady and she said well this is better for her. She didn’t even tell me how much the service was, she just reached for my card. This place gets worse and worse and that will be my last visit. I usually travel to Montgomery Alabama, 3 hours away from Rome, to get our nails done for this very reason. US NAILS caters to a certain client and if you do not fit that particular client profile, their service reflects it as soon as you walk in the building.

Yes they were a little slow but they are such nice people love everyone there can't wait to go back

Gel nails done poorly because they were rushing.... didn’t clean them up and trim them at all just went right into the polish. I paid 65 with my toes and my nails... very Sad.

I’ve been going here for quiet sometime, but there service is getting horrible every time I go! Today I went to have my nails filled in and sat there 2 hours my daughter went first she tells me I’ll get you after her so I sat there, then when my daughter gets done a lady comes in and the nail tech said can you wait I have to take her no I’m not going to wait again after I’ve already sat there not happening!!!!

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I was waiting for an hour and half and got no service. I saw at least 5-6 lady’s go in after me and they all got service except for me. One of the lady’s that was doing a manicure on someone else asked what I needed done I said a fill in and the lady that she was doing service to told her I had been there for a while now that I should be next well guess what she got finished with the lady and instead of taking care of me cause I had been there for so long she started with someone else that got there after me !! I’m not sure if it was just a racial discrimination but it was going to be my first time going there but now after this I won’t be going back.
