The ONLY reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of the henna work I received. It looked awesome, but the henna itself was obviously really old. It was red, but the paste was brown it was so old and it literally washed off in 2 showers. I was really sad because I got it done for my maternity pictures so it was really faded and blotchy. Hasn't even been a week and it's all came off. Not worth 35. The pic shows it right after I got it done with the paste peeled off. But their brow game? ALWAYS on point no matter the person. And there may be a fat line but rest assured because they do eyebrow threading so fast and good it's insane. Been using them for brows for years and it's always consistent and for 11 bucks it's a good deal.

02/11/21nThe older woman did an amazing job on threading my eyebrows & waxing my legs. I just wish she held more pressure on my skin after each pull. I also got a Brazilian wax and there is still hair in some places, she didn’t even tackle the Buttocks. I’m really disappointed that I didn’t get my full service for what I paid for.nnEDIT- 02/13/21nThe store manager, Nancy called me after she seen my review, she was very apologetic and very sweet about the situation. She encouraged me to come back to the salon for a clean up. She was a breath of fresh air. If you were to book a body wax I recommend Mrs. Nancy. Thank you Nancy! ♥ufe0f

I love the service but way over priced...prices have drastically gone up compared to shops in area...$11 vs $8 for threading; $22 vs $15 for tinting (22 or even $25 would be a great deal for both-threading and tinting)...and they charge extra for use of credit/debit cards...Rome is populous enough that the salon should have competitive pricing and not charged extra (3.7%) for the use of SquareUp ...
