Been getting my hair done at this salon for 7 years! Excellent stylist! Always up to date on the latest styles. Very courteous! Atmosphere is awesome!

Just moved here & needed to find a place to get my hair done since I had a big event coming up. I called and scheduled an appointment here because I had heard good things about it. Big mistake. I called ahead to schedule an appointment because I work long hours. The appointment date comes & I take off a little early from work to be there, which is extremely difficult for me to do at my job. When I get there, I was informed the person that was supposed to do my hair got fired that same morning. I ask if anyone else there can do it that day because I already took off work and I had the event coming up. The person at the desk says no one that was there could do my hair. She told me they were already overbooked and couldn’t do my hair because they had to take on the girl who got fired’s appointments for the day. I literally looked at her and said I am obviously an appointment for the day too. I was shocked when she said that because it seemed to show a real lack of common sense. The girl then looks me and tells me the girl who scheduled my appointment forgot to put me in the computer. She seemed to really not care and showed zero effort to fix the situation. Regardless of the girl getting fired, and regardless of the girl not putting me in the computer, I would have expected them to accommodate me a little. At the end of the day, I ended up finding a new favorite salon somewhere else so it ended up being a good thing. Would not suggest this place to anyone.

My daughter and I had a last minute cancelation with another salon so I called Leslie at 11:00 and she fir us in for 2:00. When I tell you she is amazing,you don't even know. It was my daughters first time in a salon and she made her smile the whole time and I loved the cut she gave her! My time came, and she was just as wonderful with me. While they dont donate the hair, they fix it so you can. After getting 13+ inches cut, with Leslie pumping me up the entire time, I couldn't be happier with her or my style! She is so awesome and the only one ill let touch my hair. Thank you so much!
