Y’all I don’t know what all those other bad reviews are about but I didn’t have that issue. I got Emily. She is beyond sweet and personable. She is a fantastic listener. And she handles THICK hair like a goddess. I kind of down played it while I was there because I didn’t want to scare her but I HATE getting my hair cut. I’ve moved a lot so my hair has been botched by so many places. Not by Emily. I told her to leave my length alone and only dust the ends (which can barely qualify as a hair cut but she took me ANYWAY). My front grew faster than my back so BEFORE SHE TRIMMED IT she asked if it was ok or if I wanted her to leave it she could do that too and make it look all even. Y’all she asked BEFORE she cut it either way. I come from really nice big city places where their hairstylists are the leading people for hair during NYC fashion week and THEY didn’t listen as well as Emily did. For real for real, I will be coming back for regular trims ❤ufe0f❤ufe0f❤ufe0f

We went in this morning to try and get my sons hair trimmed. We were a walk in and I understand you don’t always have time for those, but I thought we would give it a shot. The lady behind the counter was so rude, I asked her if they had time to do a trim and with even looking says “no”. So I stood there for a minute thinking she was trying to schedule a time for us to come back, but no... as she’s looking at her computer she’s “yeah we just don’t have a lot of people working today, that’s just how it happened.” Never one time offered to make an appointment or tell me a better time to come back. Nothing. Definitely will never go back.

Emily does an amazing job taking care of my hair everytime, from coloring to cut. Plus a really fun person to talk to during the process.

My wife used Leanna for cut and color and came home looking AMAZING! Due to COVID their capacity is somewhat limited but they seemed to be organized & cautious.
