Great job overall. So busy that didn't soak fingers, or lotion on hand/wrist/forearms. Not completely happy with pedicure either...nLeft nails a bit uneven, and slightly messy. Would still highly recommend overall, however could improve in above reasons. Great warm, friendly staff!!!!
Went in on a Tuesday morning, no wait. But the lady who did my nails did a horrible job! She made my cuticles bleed and even kept cutting away at them. My nails were poorly done. I asked for gel because I wanted them to last a while. One of my thumb nails is smaller than the other and crooked. Then 5 days later two of them fell off. Horrible experience!
Went there and didn't get a pedicure. The lady cut her self and didn't get a bandage. Not SANITARY kept using the same tools on different people. Terrible job with my sister who got her toes done while we were there. Horrible experience and worst place I've ever been 2
Been going to Tropical Nails for over 7 years. After being there for 2 hours finally sat down to have my normal SNS applied. Was told by the girl she had to go eat. She handed me off to someone else who did a terrible job, nails came off in 1 1/2 weeks. She then started a Pedicure on a lady that just walked in. I spend $50 on a pedicure(was good). & nails plus $10 in tips. Over time other things have happened that I overlooked but not this time. Wish Kelly & Mandy worked somewhere else they did a good job.
I came got sns right before closing, the lady took her time and was very friendly and respectful. I will be back
