Staff unprofessional not satifisfied at all. If this staff reflects the core values of the Panther company. I can see why they are not BBB rated and tenants have filed complaints against them.

Beautiful property, great amenities, wonderful staff. I have been working with Khadija who is absolutely fantastic. I truly appreciate the responsiveness and consistency, every staff member I have interacted with has shared the same qualities. I'm super excited about my future with Effingham parc!

I was super excited while talking to Sarai! She was extremely helpful and very kind! Even though we wont be able to move in with this company due to the units in our price range being taken I greatly appreciate how sweet and detailed she was! If we end up moving to a new place in the future ill be keeping this in mind!!

Living here is a real pleasure. The complex has a beautiful lake with a fountain which adds a zen vibe. Property is well taken care of and any requests/maintenance are addressed with urgency. The pool is spacious and if you have kids, they have a cute updated playground.

Generally nice apartment complex, but management unwilling or unable to use common sense to show appreciation to good, loyal tenants. Lived here more than two and a half years, renewing lease twice, but then had to move less than two months before end of lease due to buying a house. Had to pay one-and-a-half month's rent penalty for leaving less than two months early (with 60 days notice!). Paid all rent and penalty, thoroughly cleaned apartment and turned it over 12 days early, allowing landlord to re-rent it that much sooner. Management response was to tell me I had to keep utilities in my name and pay their water and electric bills through the end of the month. If you're looking for an apartment complex that truly values its responsible residents, look elsewhere!
