We stayed at the Chestnut Oak Cottage for a quick spring break getaway. The cabin was spotless and tastefully decorated. The hosts helped us find attractions to maneuver around spring break crowds. We booked direct with them and saved a little money. We will definitely use Chattanooga Vacation Rentals in the future. The communication and facilities are top notch at industry standard rates. Why stay anywhere else?

The Nest is beautifully decorated with charming artwork throughout. The views from the balcony are stunning. If you love books you'll find them in every possible nook and cranny. The place is full of character! Absolutely wonderful stay!

The pictures don't begin to do this home any justice. Breathtaking views inside and out. Great communication and no details left unattended. Easy travel to Chattanooga tourist area. Don't miss the sunsets off the back deck while relaxing in the hot tub.

We rented The Hideaway cabin the week of Thanksgiving and were very impressed. The cabin was spacious (only 3 of us), very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We cooked several meals and even though we had brought some specialty items with us, we really did not have to. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots/pans and utensils we needed. The cabin faces east so the large front porch is perfect to watch the sunrise and drink a cup of coffee. It is more secluded, surrounded by woods which made it very quite and peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful, check in and out was very simple. The local town is very nice and the people are great. We will definitely be renting this property again!

I rented the Dogwood Cottage 4 bedroom plus sleeper sofa during the time the property was in the process of being sold from Cottages in the Clouds to Chattanooga Vacation Rentals. I was told the new owners would fully honor the the rental agreement between myself and Cottages in the Clouds. The original rental agreement signed was for 12 occupants. Character Vacation Rentals would not honor the original agreement as promised. I contacted the previous owner who could not hold them to the original rental agreement. Chatanooga Vacation Rentals only offered to allow me to rent an additional cabin. Not even at a discounted rate. This company was unprofessional in not honoring a signed rental agreement plus emails between myself and the former owner stating the approved number of occupants as 12. I suggest anyone considering renting from here instead rent from an honest and reputable company.
