We loved working with Teena on selling our home. How can you not love her and Tricia?! She had great advice on what we needed to do to get it ready to sell. Tricia was so good to keep us up to date every step of the way. If we had any questions, they were quick to respond. We had a contract the first day it went on the market and closed a few weeks after that. I highly recommend Teena and her team. They are the best!!

Teena and Tricia were wonderful and worked diligently on our behalf to assure that our sale was successful. Teena did our final walk through for us since we couldn't be there, and she made sure that all the punch list items we requested to be done at the new location were completed to our satisfaction. This is our second real estate transaction with Teena, and if we ever decide to move again, she will be the agent we call!

I could not be more pleased with the job that Teena and her team did in selling my mother's house. Teena coached us on the sell price and then posted the listing. The next day we had 14 written offers. The day after that we had a buyer for over 20k more than our original asking price, and a closing date. In less than a week later we were sitting at the closing table and handing over the keys.to the new owner. Teena knows what she's doing and I highly recommend her to anyone trying to buy/sell a house.

The Teana Regan Team was an absolute joy to work with! Every person with whom we had contact was pleasant, professional, and truly invested in helping us find and purchase exactly what we wanted. Our phone calls, emails, and texts were answered promptly and thoroughly, even anticipating and answering questions we didn't know to ask!
