I am giving Sonya 5 stars! I will be relocating to the area for work and this has been the most responsive property in my search. She was able to answer all my questions including those that did not pertain directly to the property. Although I haven't started the application process yet, this property is definitely on the top of my list!

I really loved my tour at the community. The best part is the building set up. There are only a few apartments in each building which I Really liked.

I toured the community and loved how unique the buildings look. They are different styles and colors and are nothing like the communities I looked at earlier that day closer to campus. I haven’t made a leasing decision yet but more than likely I will be applying this weekend. My agent Sonya was very nice and professional and answered all of my questions.

This community is beautiful with a really convenient location. The girls in the office are very pleasant and helpful. I with the community offered a gym but it’s fine. I plan to apply next week.

LOVE!!!! This community is beautiful!! I love the area as it is close to the town center area. The apartment I viewed had very tall ceilings which I loved. Everyone was so friendly in the office which I didn’t encounter at other communities I visited.
