So are officers in Moultrie Georgia trained in the Constitution ? because last time I remember standing on a public sidewalk filming public buildings and having a talk with somebody wasn't against the law and doesn't warrant being arrested, but yet officers decided it was okay to arrest a citizen engaged in a first amendment right that somehow that's illegal and they can't have that.nnmaybe police officer should be retrained in the Constitution or just taught the Constitution because apparently many police departments just skip that part

Renee, has a really bad attitude and no phone etiquette. She really needs to learn how to speak to someone and try being respectful and when someone says Thank you for help, she should learn how to say You're Welcome instead of hanging up on people. Need some manner training. Thomas County PD has people who are more respectful and very kind and you guys need to takes notes. It's not hard to be kind.

They have their phone off the hook folks! That must mean these IDIOTS in this town have realized how screwed they are with the auditors still calling and coming to that little pos city. I LOVE IT!

False arrest for first amendment protected activity. Lawsuit underway. City manager just screwed the tax payers.
