Taco Bell

I work in the complex surrounding this location, so inevitably I end up stopping by occasionally. Most of the staff here clearly don't care about the business. I've seen, on more than one occasion, arguments between staff and customers over very trivial things that could have been avoided entirely. Most of the time I walk in I order on the self service tablet simply because no one acknowledges people walking in. Virtually every taco I get is broken in half because it's been wrapped too tight or thrown or something. The lady that wraps burritos though, she's the real mvp; always wrapped just tight enough and they never burst or leak.nnMy expectations for Taco Bell have always been low, and thanks to recent menu stripping are at rock bottom, but this is definitely the worst location I've ever frequented.

Food was good! We had a big order, all accurate, hot, fresh! Excellent service!

They smothered all that I ordered with way too much cheese sauce, and what ever the other sauce was. Not much meat. I used to love taco bell, but this restaurant ruined all that for me. The store by des Moines area...

Food was the usual, but the service is what stood out. I didn't catch the employees name but he was young with glasses and working the drive through. He was exceptionally friendly and polite!

I love Taco Bell but not this location, go to any other Taco Bell just not this one
