The worker that was working on 09/01/2020 from 2 PM to closing was extremely patient and persistent. She was working alone all of those hours and had to fulfill a huge order for our family and she did an amazing job! Give her a raise!

Ordered the new BBQ ribs sandwich. Wasn't toasted enough and party was still cold in middle.nFriendly staff.

This is hands down the worst subway I've ever visited. Very poorly trained, the lady ignored me all the times I requested to add more pickles. Both mine and my roommates sandwiches were not poor together well. When it was cut, it was apprx 1/3 × 2/3 ratio. And when we spoke up about things not being right. We were told we are wrong.....nwouldn't return if we were paid too!

Always a long wait, no longer 24 hours , never good customer service . and today I ordered a egg and cheese breakfast sandwich , and they added steak to it... It's not very hard to read egg and cheese . I do not eat meat , I have gotten ill from eating that and when I called to complain and request a refund, no apology nothing just a offer to make another sandwich . Honestly this is beyond unacceptable if you are vegetarian go in and make sure you watch them . Don't order pickup
