Subway

There was only 2 people in there including me. The person making my food I won’t mention her name. Was acting like she was slammed with customers. Wasn’t really listening to my order and grabbing wrong stuff. I also asked about the 2 foot Kong’s for 10 dollars and she was tube and was saying on app only. I told her I tried to use the app and it charged me full price and I have to dispute it with my bank account. I will no longer be going to this store. I tried to call this store 3 times if the store was apart of the deal. No answer. I have been noticing the subway stores are caring less and less about customers but have no problem taking your money.

When I go into the store myself they're excellent. When I order uber, nobody can seem to answer the phone. I've ordered uber from them a few times & each time I've called to add a sauce that they don't list on their uber, I've had to call about 12-15x and have gotten no answer. Currently waiting for them to answer but it says they are working on my order. They will have to unwrap & open my sandwiches back up so they can add the sauce after I contact the delivery person so they can communicate that to them since they are incapable of answering 15 phone calls

Not busy when we went in and team member was very nice and quick at making our orders.

Went in on my way to work, 8:00a.m. Lone lady was there unloading a delivery in the back, but greeted me within seconds, and immediately let me know if I wanted eggs/breakfast sandwich, it would be a few minutes (she was out, but it was in the deliver she was trying to unpack). I ordered a sandwich to have later for lunch, so no worries. Very cheerful, friendly, and courteous. Food was precisely as I ordered, service was prompt, restaurant and staff were clean and tidy. Nice to have this as an option in our hometown. Five stars.
