Not only does my car never get fully clean like you would expect.....I also signed up for unlimited washes for that very reason for $19.99 a month, and for some reason they are charging my card twice a month. Not only will I cancel my car washes, I will also never do business here again! I do not appreciate the extra charges. I am going to try to get a refund and will gladly show my bank statements! So anyone reading this do not give them access to your account!

Good wash, but I don't understand why there are attendants to take money and wash the front, but you have to vacuum your own car...why? Employ a few more people to do it for them! I know I don't want to go pay that much money to have my car washed and have to vacuum it myself !
Most of the time, they are out of the chemicals for the best services. BUT don't expect them to tell you that. The management honestly thinks you won't notice you're getting jipped! I've only met ONE honest employee there. I asked him if they were out of any chemicals. He told me to get the $10 wash and wax because he knew they were out of various chemicals for ALL the other services. Think about that . . . how many times have YOU paid for the $15, $20, or even the $25 service to only get $10 worth of chemicals. And don't think they care to rewash your ride, either. Keep dreaming. Tidal Wave, you can do better. You should do better. Greed and Karma are bad company!!!
This place is horrible!!! Had our truck for 1 week and now we have $5,000 in damages!! Crushed the front windshield, damages to the roof, hood, fender, bumper. No one has even reached out to us about the damages. After speaking with a local repair shop this is not the first time they have had to repair damages to a vehicle caused by this business. They repair at least 2 cars per month with damages caused by this car wash. This business know they have a problem and don’t do anything to prevent it. NEGLIGENCE at its finest!! AVOID THIS CAR WASH!!
