Over the winter, I witnessed firsthand benevolence from the staff towards the less fortunate of our community. This store is also well stocked, professionally gifted in terms of knowledge base and courtesy to sheltered guests, and is led by a group of managers striving for constant improvement. I consider this the best home improvement store in America.
Ordered items to be delivered. Given a time frame of 6am-8pm. Waited patiently for items to arrive. Never arrived. No call. Nothing. I called them the next morning and the ASM tried to help but mostly just got excuses. Now I am losing another day with a delivery window of 7am-8pm with no kind of tracking. I was told I would get a call 30 minutes before the delivery drive arrives, but I was also told it would be delivered on time on the original day. I did get a partial refund on the shipping and they are covering the two labors I hired to use the products I ordered but instead sat in their truck and waited. I would normally be happy with that outcome, but losing two full days waiting on a delivery that I have to sign for is a guarantee that I will not use Home Depot delivery again,nI had to change my review from 1 star to 3. My stuff did eventually arrive. It arrived short one item. Well, I called the store and they rushed it over right away. So yes, the did drop the ball on the delivery date and the complete order. However, I got it and the job is complete and I feel they did everything they could to make it right.
Out simply standing store. Nice an very clean well stocked on wht we came in to purchase.
Sometimes its good and sometimes you cant find help. Tonight i was lucky.
This Home Depot is a little bit smaller then most. I believe it’s because it’s one of the earlier stores. I would go here a lot, so I knew where everything is but it’s laid out differently from most stores. The people working there are always helpful.
