Love this store so much to enjoy, not enough money to get it with. Just about every answer to your woodworking problem. Well worth the trip.

If you love woodworking this is the store, great price on hard woods, great deals on end cuts. All the tools you can imagine. Dangerous place for woodworking addicts

Took the turning with carbide tools class with Kirk. He gave great instruction in a relaxed and funny environment. I learned a lot. I will be back for another class in the future.

So Rocklers website shows you can pay online and pick items up at the store. I was going to pay with points online but was told by a employee I could also pay with Amex points in the store. I thought that is neat so I drove 30 miles to get the saw. I brought my IPad just in case I did have to pay online and the employee was wrong. I get to the store and not only does the manager tell me there is no “In Store Pickup” for online purchases but he will not look at the website to verify what I told him was true. I left there very frustrated I had wasted a hour and a half of my day. I called corporate and a supervisor named Julie, said they do have in store pickup with payment online. Good business is built on Policies Procedures. Managers have to be open minded and humble enough to look deeper into issues. In this case “Yes, the website shows In Store Pickup” let me investigate this with corporate and SIMPLY TRY to take care of a customer fixing to spend $1,500. This is one reason why people are not driving to retail box stores. In the future I will buy everything online from Amazon or another retailer.
