Cactus Car Wash Kennesaw

Not a bad place but def overpriced for the service. You can go right up the street to the “Shell” get a very detailed car wash... cheaper. If you knew better baby you’d do better ud83dude4cud83cudffd

We spent an hour and a half here getting our car washed/detailed. They never even touched the third row of seats. The second row was never wiped down. There is still dirt in between the seats and on the sides. Over all horrible job. Not to mention not one person had a mask. Will absolutely not return.

This is my second visit to this business. My first visit a while back was phenomenal, so I expected this visit to be the same. It was not.nnI paid for the $16 exterior car wash. No issues. Once I got out of the wash, I went to go vacuum my car out. When I got out, I noticed soap still on my car. I went back into the building to try to figure out how to resolve this issue. I waited inside for problems 15 minutes for an employee to come to the lobby so I could ask them for their recommendation on what to do. Once no one came inside, I walked down the hallway to see if I could find anyone myself. That’s when I noticed all of the employees standing in a spot that customers supposedly wouldn’t be able to see them. They were on their phones. They were dancing. Doing everything but helping customers. Once I finally got someone to talk to me, they recommended I go back through the wash, so I did (free of charge of course). This wash did the same exact thing. When I was pulling away, I noticed someone’s car in the area where the employees clean the car, with no one working on this vehicle. The young lady who that car belonged to had been waiting longer than I had. All of the employees were in that “hidden” area, leaving that young lady to just sit there.nnDefinitely will NOT be coming back here. The business didn’t seem to care about anything but hanging out.

Good service. They we understaffed the day I went so I was unable to get an Express Wax and ended up with just a Deluxe Wash. Maybe next time? The guy did a good job on the wash though.

Nice job but the interior cleaning was really slow. Plan on an hour at least. Other places are cheaper and faster.
