I love the convenience of this location, but the customer service with one girl (Kylie) is awful. Every time I walk in there shes cursing is front of customers & so rude. The night shift workers seem much nicer & more welcoming. I never have any other problems.
always rude whenever I come in, night staff are the only nice ones; also charges you 10 cents more if you use your card on the pumps but doesn’t tell you so be aware.
This place marks their store products lower than what they ring up as. When you protest the price, they say sorry and don't do anything. That is illegal and a shady business practice. Avoid this place like the plague.nnIf you read some of the other reviews, they commit price gouging during hurricanes and other natural disasters. This place is ripe for a lawsuit.
Never again getting gas here. Too bad I was on E or I would have drove away.n10 cents extra for credit and DEBIT. Scam. Fleecing the college students and people who drive away from KSU. Sure they get charged for card use, but they're the only station on this side of Chastain. Hope that dime per gallon is worth losing me as a customer.nn10 cents less with cash or Chevron card. I don't need a Chevron card and hey, its 2019 now, few people carry cash anymore.nnSo they're fired permanently from my wallet along with any station upcharging for debit. I suggest driving past them and firing them as well.
