I just wanted to let everyone know that the owner reach out to me and requested I give them another chance to make things right, they cleaned my car for free and this time did an excellent job, thank you for caring about your customers, I will go back and let them take care of my needs for my van. The people at Wash Works are awesome. I selected an 'interior super clean' and they delivered! The interior looks new again and the exterior looks great too. The people that work there are super friendly to their customers and in my experience, they will take good care of your vehicle.

Pulled up and wanted to purchase their best wash. 29.99. The attendant suggested the “Managers Special” that includes wiping the whole inside down and cleaning more in a detailed way. I agreed and explained that I would prefer no armorall. Paid $55 and waited and hour. Upon checking the car after I was called over, the inside had not been vacuumed, wiped down and armorall was used on the interior. I explained to the attendant that I wasn’t happy about the condition of my vehicle and what I felt needed to be corrected. He said he would make sure and give me a $5 discount. Definitely not interested in a discount or money back, but that they deliver what you pay for, without having to point it out and after paying $55. Another disappointment was that no manger spoke to me about my experience.

Washworks always does a FANTASTIC job on my vehicles! They are meticulous about their work and provide great customer service as well. I only trust my car to them!

I will not be going back to this place. My car was half cleaned. Seem the person cleaning my vehicle was in a rush and not trained properly. I still had to put some work in on the vehicle once I got home
