At this point I am completely OVER IT! I have been a resident for 3 months, and I have complained to the leasing office at least 5 times for the same issue. I can not seem to get any resolution. My A/C complaint was initially submitted 3/15/21, it is now 4/2/21, and no A/C. The maintenance as been here 3x and they appear to be not knowledgeable enough to resolve the issue. My heat was working. Now it is NOT. In Atlanta, it is now 34 degrees, and I have NO HEAT. The customer service here is awful. I'm paying $1400+ in rent for this subpar service. To top it off, there seems to be no emergency contact information. The message says that 'Call Backs' no longer services this community. Why? Just Why?

AC or heat is always going out. I will not be renewing next year. Also I was robbed at gunpoint here and there are no cameras so be aware of your surroundings at all times

Jacquette Walker is literally the GREATEST! She made me experience with Fieldstone Glen super easy. This will be my first apartment and I was not very knowledgeable about the process. She explained everything in great detail. She emailed me a quote for the unit I was interested in and scheduled me for a self guided tour during our phone conversation. During my self guided tour, that same afternoon, she was very honest while answering all questions. I could tell she genuinely valued me as a potential client. That evening I did my application but experienced difficulty uploading my proof of income. NOT A PROBLEM! That next morning JWalker answered my call and was happy to assist again. That afternoon, I found out I was approved :) I am eager to become a new resident at Fieldstone Glen. I find comfort that JWalker is an employee in the leasing office and will assist me further during my stay! Thank you again for everything.

Its a beautiful place to live. I only gave it 4 stars because I don't like apartments. The staff there are wonderful.

Great community with people that actually cares. Even though COVID as changes many of hints. The they have excellent safety measures and they take care of their residents. Consider Fieldstone Glen as your next home Period!!
