Moving here at first was a very smooth process. I lived here for 2 years and moved out during the pandemic. During my stay, many of the apartments were remodeled. My apartment was not and it was one of the only ones that had not been remodeled. I was told my apartment would be remodeled once I moved out and the carpet would be taken up. I moved out in May 2020 and I just received a collections letter for damaged carpet in February 2021. It has been almost a year since I have moved out. I never received a Bill but I received a collections letter. After contacting them, no one seemed to remember but stated even if they did decide to take the carpet up and remodel I would still be responsible for it. I am very disappointed in this service. I have referred so many people to this apartment complex to later be treated horribly once I have moved out. We are in a pandemic and this has been such a burden and aggravation to receive such news.

We moved in 1 year and 6 months ago. The trash is always piled up even though the trash bins is not full at times. The leasing office is ZERO help at all. When we moved in to our second apartment, it was completely NOT ready. There are still things that they need to fix from when we first moved in. When there’s an issue, they REFUSE to work them even if it’ll cost you your job. I recommend to PLEASE look somewhere else. Rent is not worth the hassle that we’re dealing with!! The leasing office DOES NOT care about anything and according to them: “we cannot do anything”!! If that’s the case, then what’s the point of us coming to y’all when we have an issue?? Total waste of money. Looking to moving out soon.

I found Carrington Park doing an apartment search for the Jonesboro area because i was looking for something closer to our jobs. I went only based on the amenities and the area also having a lot of stores and things in the near area. The office staff that i worked with was Krisia. She gave me all the info that was needed and took me to see the model apartment. They had a pool, tennis court, business center, gym, and a car care center which i liked. Krisia gave me a quote and answered all my questions and if i needed to get in contact with her, she was very informative and responded quickly to emails as well. I even had an unexpected scheduling issue(on my part) and i expressed my concerns and she helped get everything together for me which was sooooooo helpful because i was stressed! I haven't moved in yet but now I'm more excited. Thank you Krisia and all office staff. I hope my new home is a great experience!

I’ve lived here for 1month exactly now and here is what I’ve experiencednI received a second tour the day of move innI received my gate cards 4 days laternMaintenance responds fairly quicklynPest control has come 2 timesnMy email regarding concerns was answered quickly by managementnVery quiet neighborhoodnThe trash is piled sometimes but it’s at the gate on the side and that’s really a resident issue the trash wouldn’t even be full you just see people throwing it on the ground and driving off.nI’ll update after 3 months

Management is rude and ghetto.extremely unorganized. They told us a unit was available and to come in first thing in the morning to view it and do an application. So we come on time and they say the apartment is not available. Total waste of time. Complete idiots over there.
