Great massage and excellent salon services. Dr. Gibbons is both an artist and a healer. This is my regular spot for facials, massage and hair. I love that I can get both a massage and a facial with the same person. I feel rejuvenated every time.
SCAM! Do not use the business! Dr.Givens is no doctor at all! She is a thief!
Run... There is a reason for everything. I feel annoyed and not relaxed with Dr. Gibbons. She is massively overbearing and money hungry. She demands not suggest as she upsales every little thing she does in her services. I don't know if she realizes it but hard sales run people away. Why does she talk so much during the massage? I just don't know. Even while I closed my eyes in a soft sleepy way; she was still talking. It's like a parrot was talking to me because her demands were definitely in the form of repetition instead of sincerity. I hated to leave a one star. I will never refer anyone here and I will never return here. Take heed to this advise or be disappointed/annoyed. A good listener will spend time listening to your body to heal you in on a massage table. I don't pay Groupon prices here. I pay a regular service payments.
Got a Groupon for an hour massage. The lady was SO rude and gave me the wrong scheduling date, and was blowing up my phone past 10pm. Demanding I pay a $40 missed appointment fee- no reminders or anything. Said she was going to report me to Groupon, when I asked why she would report/what for she couldn't give me an answer. Very unprofessional. Would much rather go to a more established salon and be treated fairly. Be careful with this one! Stay away.
Don't go here. Groupon or not. How is a chiropractor on Groupon selling massages. The lady is a doctor but she is a quack job. She is really rude and has no respect for a quiet massage. She tries to sale you everything and is not professional in her manners.
