The staff was very welcoming and I loved how detailed they were to my manicure and pedicure. The staff was super friendly. Over all great customer service.
Only took about an hour and a half to get a full set and a pedicure, which was greatly appreciated. Henry did my nails and he did a great job, i forgot the woman’s name who did my pedicure (I’m sorry miss!) but she was wonderful as well. A tad on the pricey side but that’s anything in Kennesaw, really.EDIT: I broke a nail the very same day just grabbing my phone out of my pocket. They fixed it for free... but I drove up to the shop to find it closed during listed business hours three times before I was finally able to get it repaired a few days later. For the price I expected them to last a little longer than a day ya know? Real nice people though.
SO HAPPY! This was my first time doing nail art and I came in with multiple pinterest pictures of what I had in mind. TK was so patient with me when selecting colors and did exactly what I asked. Looks exactly like the picture! Always pleased with the customer service here! Definitely will return! (Won't allow me to share a picture here but left another review on yelp with pics)
Nice family owned business.
I paid for nails, a pedicure and browns and the refused to get my brows done, and overcharged me for my nails after initially telling me that it will cost 60 for my nails and 45 for my feet and 10 for the brows but after I paid 115, he told me that that did not include the brows and did not get my brows done. I hate dishonest people, he just started making up prices. I do not recommend anyone to go here and he was so rude too.
