I have always had great service. They remember me and always do what I ask. Angie is who does my highlights and she does an amazing job. She really cares and is proud of her work, plus she layers like a champ. My hair is super thick too.

I waited for them to open at 10am. Walked in at 10am to get a haircut and they refused me service because of scheduling. Wouldn't give a haircut until 130pm. Unprofessional. Business was right in front of you and cant get service. Will not come back.
The place is always clean and the staff are always aware of customer's safety... And... They do a fantastic job...
I went to the salon this morning and had an appointment for 915 am via the online check in. Store was not opened. Sign on door said 9 am as does the app and website. I came back at 10 am and they were opened but now with a wait. Salon said “no we don’t open until 10. I pointed to the door and it clearly says 9 in addition to your app and website. Lady was EXTREMELY rude and kept arguing with me that they open at 10. I have a family of 5 and we have been going to that salon since it opened. I quickly left and went to Great Clips. We live in Legacy Park right by the salon and word travels fast. I will not be going back and taking my business elsewhere. Very disappointed that the lady did not really care. I failed to get her name but she was the African American lady working there. The other lady was very nice. Customer service is key and this lady is failing miserably on it. It seemed like she was mad at the world when I walked in. Terrible attitude.
