was there to get my toes done and I got an infection on my big toe few days later, besides the fact I was charged $53 just for a regular pedicure! Went back to get my nails done because it’s the closest salon to me, they charged me $10 just to cut my cuticles that lady didn’t even clean out my nails, worst experience ever, ladies save y’all time and get somewhere else. That place sucks!

The experience was great. We were there on Friday afternoon, it was a great time. Sadly, my big toe now has an infection. Will not return again.

I had a 6:00 PM appointment on Friday, 1/22/21. I arrived on time. By , 6:25 PM I was still not seated for my nail appointment. By 6:30 PM I was told it would be another 15 minutes before the technician would be ready for my service. Clearly, they allowed a walk in customer to be serviced within minutes of my scheduled appointment. I was upset but called back on Saturday and scheduled a 4:30 appointment. I arrived on time but waited in line for about 3 minutes before I could check in. As I prepared to check in at 4:33, I was told by the manager that he called me at 4:30 to see if I was coming to my 4:30 appointment. I was furious because at 4:30 I was in line waiting to check in...I pointed out to him that customers arrive on time and wait extreme amounts of time while they run behind schedule consistently!!! The fact that I was in the salon and he gave away my appointment was inexcusable!!!nThis salon does NOT respect appointments and their customer service is horrible!!! Money is too precious to give away to slackers...I will never give this salon my business again.

Good place for Pedicures. It isn't like how it used to be, they have changed management and you can really tell. The experience is way different than it used to be. Less friendly. I haven't had a bad experience, but I watch others. I don't like to be talked to during my Pedicure, it's my time to chill out, so I'm good, less chatter the better!! ❤
