The girls enjoyed it. Very clean. We go to her every time they want it braided up. She was done with both of them in 4 hrs which is great!!!

They owner was just amazing with my girls, all of us actually. With the panademic she checked our temps at the door and offer hand sanitizing stations through out the shop. I really appreciate the precaution takrn. She worked so efficiently and quickly. Was very patient and gentle with my girls during their tender headed moments, lol. I really enjoyed her, her services. We will continue to use her services for a long time.

The experience with my daughter was good. She was able to feel welcome there.nThe beautician keisha was nice to put on gisney movies for my girl while she gets her hair braided. As her hair gets braided my daughter was saying her head hurt, but not so tight at all. Thank the almighty God for that. The lady showed concerned and did her best to make my daughter as comfortable as possible. I like her for that.nMy daughter's hair turned out to be beautiful and very neat. Her hair was done in four hours. The only thing is that I wish that I was told sooner that my hair wasn't going to get done, because the person who did my daughter's hair didn't have enough time to do mines. I did arrived there at 4:30pm. What puzzled me is that even though the lady couldn't do my hair because she was busy doing my daughter's hair, why didn't they make sure to at least try to reschedule with me ?nWhy I'm seeing three other women getting their hair done when at first no one else was available for me to get mine done ?nI'm confused, I said to myself while I was there waiting. And then I thought to myself, maybe those are the women that had made their appointments at a particular time. But then I was told that keisha was supposed to do me and my daughter's hair. My thought was, why have me to make a 4:30pm appointment for me and my daughter if there were only going to be one person to do me and daughter hair ? Is best to let me know over the phone that the 4:30pm appointment can only be available to only one of us. Is best to tell me that over the phone.nThese women are nice, but I think they need improvement with scheduling appointments and making sure that there would be more people to help with both mother and daughter hair. The environment was relaxing though and clean. I just wish they would of let me know in advance when I was making hair appointment on the phone that they won't have a braider for me.

Ms. Kerry is an awesome stylist! She is professional and personable and so friendly. My daughter looks forward to every appointment and she leaves looking beautiful.

Very professional and quick. Two of my daughters heads washed, conditioned, dried and done in 3hrs. Styles were great as well!
