This was my first visit. The customer service was good. They seemed like they genuinely enjoy doing hair. I went in to get a wash, conditioner and press/flat iron. I'm happy with the way my hair turned out. The only thing I frowned upon was, I ask for a regular conditioning treatment but was charged for an extra conditioning treatment by the lady who shampooed my hair. I condition my hair weekly and cut my own ends regularly and felt I didn't need it. The extra conditioning didn't cost that much, it's just the principal about it to me. I just don't want to pay for something I didn't ask for. I was very impressed with the young lady who pressed my hair. I walked in with a thick afro and walked out with soft, flowing hair. I looked and felt like a new woman! Thanks, ladies.
First timer, amazing experience and a wonderful group of women who assisted in my styling process from start to finish (wash, deep conditioned/wash, blow dry, cut off chemically processed hair) so that I can get back to my natural roots. Very! Very satisfied with my results. Definitely recommend this business.
They salon is always kept clean and neat . The employees are very respectable. I always get exactly what I wanted with the style of my choosing. I have 3b/4a all their products work wonders on my hair .
