I'm so sad. My hair grew so much. I went in for a deep condition and and layers to be cut in to add some volume. All she had to do was say that she didn't know how to cut. When I tell you that my hair is chopped up. ud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0fud83eudd26ud83cudffe‍♀ufe0f I can't remember her name. She may be the youngest of them all. She curled it so I couldn't tell before I left. I have never seen my hair look so bad. I can't wear it straight at all.

I went in for a wash and set for my birthday weekend. I am natural (4a) and really wanted a nice blow out. When the hair stylist was done; My hair looked a bit life less. It was straight but it lacked bounce or form.(I should also mention that my hair was a bit on the oily side) the hair stylist had put too much product while flat ironing my hair. I really pondered going back after I left and I should have since I had to keep passing the flat iron at home but I decided to just take the Lost. I Just didnt feel comfortable; as I experienced the owner and one of the worker's angrily talking about another customer is Spanish. I probably should have ran once I put my first foot in. Just my two cents.

Always go with your first mind. I went to this salon years ago and couldn't remember why I didn't like going there so I tried it again. I went to get my sew in taken out and wash and set. I wanted lose curls.the Stylist didn't even know what those were.she Needed help from another Stylist to show her how to do them. And to top it off she burned my ear, edges on one side and some of my hair with the flat iron. I don't think the girl was licensed.overall my hair came out okay but didn't like my experience. I'll stick to my normal salon from now on.

Lady who did my hair rushed my blow out. Did not blow it out long enough, tried to flat iron while my roots were wet. Only ran flat iron through one time for each piece. Asked for a trim and got a cut!!! Unwrapped my hair this morning it was puffy and roots thick doesnt even look like I was there less than 24hours ago. Waste of my money! Never again

The waiting time was horrible! Only one stylist and her daughter.. not even sure if she’s licensed! All I asked for was a wash and a cut, even after the wash, I sat over an hour for a cut.. pretty sure I’ll be sick! They stayed on the phones, face time and eating the whole time! Worst shop ever & I’ll never be back
