This place has closed... :(nThis was my go to dry cleaner for 19 yrs. The original owner was wonderful. Super nice... Never a problem!!nI think they sold this business... people were always super nice, it just seemed to be lacking something since the moved around the corner.
I would give this place a negative 0 if I could. The boss doesn’t care about anyone she will literally hide from you and ignore you if one of your pieces is missing or if you need an item re cleaned . She will not reimburse you if they did lose an item. She literally is the definition of garbage. This place will be closed within a few months. . Don’t waste your time
Here is their truck blocking 2 disabled spaces at the same time, while I was looking for parking with my disabled permit to go to Urgent Care.
I was given instructions that they would call me when my alterations we're complete, never mentioned a time frame either. They weren't frequently worn items so I wasn't concerned that it would take a week or so to do the alterations. I never got a phone call after 3 weeks and they would likely still be there if I hadn't remembered I actually dropped clothes off there.
