My family & I have been coming to this establishment since 1991. My parents & I have never had a problem. They've never lost or ruined our items. Our clothes & comforters have always came back beautifully cleaned. For the first time today, I've dropped off 3 comforters & 8 items with 3 of them being 100% silk. I've never had them work on silk items. I'll leave another review as soon as I pick them up. To be continued...nnEDIT 2wks later: I've picked up all my comforters, silk items, son's suit & my prom dress from 2002 & ud83eudd70 they were, as expected, perfectly done. I also had a chenille sweater from VS that had a black stain on it from my mascara & they got it out!! None of my silk items came back ruined & I'm SO happy ud83dude0dud83dude4fud83cudffc BEST dry cleaning in Auburn

I brought two dresses here to be dry cleaned. Red dress was brand new. I needed this dress for an even and they ruined it. Not only that, the worker there is rude and obnoxious with no customer skills what-so ever. I asked her what happened to my dress and she responded “I don’t know, I don’t care. Come back tomorrow.” All this after I explained I needed this dress for an event that same night. I asked her to call a manager and she refused. I called the number they have in the front desk to complain and the owner answered, he was rude and basically told me it was my fault that I had no dress to wear to my event. He refused to make things right and told me to come back tomorrow because he was gone and would do nothing else. He said he would check on it on his own time and when I demanded a refund for the dry cleaning and asked to be reimbursed the price of my dress he said to take him to small claim court. I will never come back here please don’t come here. Avoid your self a bad experience.

When I went to review this dry cleaner over 2 years ago, I could find it under the correct name. Every time I drove by it I got angry, so I decided to search for it by address. 1 too $1000 dollars worth of clothing in to be cleaned. I forgot about them and was a few weeks late in picking them up. My old dry cleaner used to call me when I was late. I also misplaced my number. BI take responsibility for both of these mistakes but I returned for my clothing in a reasonable amount of time.nRegardless of this, I went in to pick up my clothing and the woman said she couldn’t find my clothing. She smelled of alcohol. I asked for the owners phone number and she told me to leave. I told her I would not leave until she gave me his number. She came towards me and tried to grab me. At this point I called the police. The police arrived and I reported the incident to them. The owner called me in a few days and said my clothing was no longer there. There was nothing I could do, as he spoke broken English and he hung up on me. I will never forget this incident. It was horrible, and I don’t think I’ve ever written a bad review. I usually write reviews to compliment people.
