Jared Harris was phenomenal!!!! He was so respectful , on time , Thurrell with his cleaning. His Customer service was way beyond my expectations. Even the manager showed up to make sure I was satisfied . It takes a lot to impress me but their service all around was 200% . I will definitely use them again . Specifically Jared !!! I’m so happy and pleased with his work . My carpet literally looks brand new and Surprisingly not even wet ,I can walk on it and I don’t feel like I’m stepping in a puddle. I also requested he dried vacuum first and he did that with no hesitation!!! And he was done within a hour! THANK YOU JARED AND THE MANAGER At 98001. Highly highly recommended. ASK FOR JARED , you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Technician Roosevelt was very professional and detailed, went out of his way to show us things and how to best treat everything. A joy to work with with a big smile that shows through his mask and agreat sense of humor. Obviously our carpets came out sparkling. Will request Roosevelt the next time we have SS come in. He took extra care of us. Cant recommend him enough.
The professional manner in which my service was handled was wonderful! Roosevelt did such a wonderful job and is polite and efficient. More companies should have folks like this guy on board. My carpet looks great and my home feels cleaner. 5 star rating for sure
Had tile in kitchen, nook and utility room cleaned. Have before and after pictures though do not know how to upload. No difference between before and after pictures. The guys doing the work were nice however the results were not what I expected so did not do the seal until the tiles and grout are completely clean.
