BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!nI went to check this place out because I’m new to the area. I went in and it looks very nice and clean, so I decided to wash there. I got some coins from the machine, and the employee asked me if I was washing there, and I said “Yes”. I had to go home(around the corner) to grab my laundry, and As I pull away she comes running out yelling “THATS FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY!” And I said “I know I was going to grab my laundry and come right back. But not if you’re going to be rude.” That was embarrassing for me and her... and unfortunately caused me to actually not come back even though I intended to... she lost you guys at least...$30 because I FULLY INTENDED to come back before she embarrassed me (and herself) in front of other customers.
I love that I can pay with my card and the app.... It's kept pretty clean as well❤
Best laundry in Western Washington! This place is always spotless. I don't have to worry about Crackheads panhandling and/ or trying to break in to my car and the machines always work and to a bang up job of getting the clothes dry
Everything is good except for the bathroom access and a bit pricey to dry.
One of the nicest laundry mats I’ve ever been to. I like that they keep an eye on the place with video and call people out for being rude. I was asked to wait outside while I had 1 minute left on my washer and was waiting for it to stop but figured the gal was just trying to keep her job. I need to figure out the app thing.
