My first few experiences here were very good. But today I took a sweater nearly brand-new out of the cleaning rapper and it had been ruined completely destroyed oh, I doubt a homeless person freezing to death would have put it on to help warm themselves. When I took it to the cleaners she first said all we did not do you did not bring here! I went home and got the receipt The hanger and the rapper I had taken it out of a few minutes before. Then all of a sudden she didn't understand any English, refused to show me her business license so I could take them to small claims court. You know I thought displaying a business license was required in the state but apparently not in Auburn! He told me that she was not the owner when she told me before she was one of the owners she said the owner would call me which he or she never has. If you stop in there with your cleaning inspect it before you leave. but I have a serious question about doing business with anyone who does not display a business license nor will disclose to you who the owner of the company is or who refuses to accept their responsibility when they damage something. I wish there were a lower rating than the single star making negative star because I don't think they even deserve that.

This was my first experience with Frontier Cleaners and they shrunk my wool dress. It is now about 3 sizes smaller and is no longer wearable (you can see the lining is now several inches longer than the dress). We took the dress back hoping for at least a refund and the woman denied any wrongdoing and insisted that we must have shrunk it. She also refused to look up the order even though we had the order number and date. Not only did they ruin my dress, but they refused to take any responsibility, which I find unprofessional and unacceptable and I will not be returning.

Terrible service! My husband took curtains in to be hemmed and when we received them back they weren't correctly hemmed and had been burned. We called to ask what our options were and was told they wouldn't give a refund and was hung up on.
