Katie Chandler Lipscomb, at Wright Banks Realty, was my reaIestate agent when I bought my house in 2004, the year I moved to Milledgeville. Fifteen years later, when I was ready to sell, I went straight back to Wright Banks Realty and requested Katie to be my broker again. The expertise, professionalism, familiarity with the area was invaluable to me, being from out of town. Her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond was unlike any other agent that I have used before. When making such a huge and pivotal life changing decision, it is imperative to have someone to make it easy and convenient for the client and that is what she did for me. I highly recommend. :)

Company left us without a dryer for over a month, didn’t fix things in a timely manner (had a branch fall on the house during Irma), and doesn’t follow Georgia Law when it comes to security deposits. Take that as you may. Landlord doesn’t respond to calls, texts, or emails. Very unprofessional, would not recommend renting or buying from them

Untrustworthy. Can't keep their word. I wasted a lot time, energy, and money trying to do business with Lynda. She deceived me.
